The product designed by the company is a Utilities Billing software named CIS Infinity that is used by various clients. The role was to test the system and conduct Regression testing.

Created, monitored and analyzed tickets on Sharepoint and JIRA for issues that Stakeholders where having when using the CIS Infinity software.

Understand the project scope followed by making standard Business Processes documentation, Test plans and Test cases regarding how to perform automated testing on CIS Infinity for possible new hires in the future.
