Experience and Responsibilities included creating and implementing all state and residential requirements. Including comprehensive programs structured for facilitating the transition from alcoholism and substance abuse to life in recovery.

Extensive activity and recovery programs were created based on a12 step program. Some examples were outside and in house meetings, yoga, meditation, hiking, pet therapy and special events. Also included volunteers, specialists local and peer support groups as well as fundraising and On/off site drug testing.

I was responsible for creating all residential materials such as contracts, checklists, admission requirements as well as client rights, policy, procedures, release and liability.
