As Senior Administrative Assistant for a large engineering firm for over ten years, I managed numerous projects often simultaneously for as many as 120 project personnel. My duties included but were not limited to: managing project correspondence, providing clerical support, facilitating meetings and event planning. In addition to these project duties, I instructed training courses at a departmental level for other administrative assistants with regards to our proprietary database software. Prepare UPS and DHL overseas packages. Organizes, prioritizes and coordinates multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines. I also worked with my department management to develop internal procedures and guidelines to be used by the department.
