Responsibilities

Implement HR policy and systems, agreed HR tactic plan and actions, responsible for improvement in overall HR function

Assist HR Head in preparation of HR process and policy implementation.

Payroll Management

Responsible for Payroll processing, Bonus, Increments, Incentives, Leave Encashment, Overtime, Reimbursement, Full and Final settlement.

Maintain data for monthly & yearly statutory compliances as per the act and standards of company.

Handling Statutory compliances of Pf withdrawal, Annual Returns, monthly challans, Shop and Establishment license, Payment of Provident Fund, ESIC, Professional Tax, Return filing, Form 16 processing

Associate Relation’s

Co-ordination of events, fixing up meetings, maintaining calendar for appointment.

Detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievance of staffs as and when and to report them to the HR Head.
