Implement HR policy and systems, agreed HR tactic plan and actions, responsible for improvement in overall HR function

Assist HR Head in preparation of HR process and policy implementation.

Responsible for Payroll processing, Bonus, Increments, Incentives, Leave Encashment, Overtime, Reimbursement, Full and Final settlement.

Maintain data for monthly & yearly statutory compliances as per the act and standards of company.

Associate Relation’s
