I was a football and baseball coach for our school district, V.P. of the Booster Club, and took our adult softball team to Nationals. HomeFirst Lending, LLC - Regional Sales Manager 2006 - 2010

Managed sales for the real estate, title, and mortgage businesses of HomeFirst. At our peek, my team of 45 employees consisted of 9 branch managers, loan officers, title representatives, and a development community team. My responsibilities included hands on training and motivation of the Branch Managers and Loan Offices in new business development, pipeline management, and client satisfaction. Designed new direct mail campaigns to solicit new customers and referrals. Created new marketing pieces to solicit customers who were no longer active. The marketing piece was a great success and the production from this idea helped the northeast region become the top producing region in the nation. Our new home sales went up 24% the first year.

Statewide Lending, Inc. - Sales Manager 2000 - 2006

Worked closely with the ownership to turn a single branch office into a four branch company with branches in MD, PA, NJ. Hired and trained 27 outside and inside sales people the first 18 months. Operated a telemarketing department and trained 10 telemarketers on how to make an effective cold call. The company increased their sales from $8 million a year to $8 million a month. Many of my hires went on to be Branch Managers. I trained loan officers on how to obtain realtor business, business referrals, as well as effective pipeline management.
