Guided and developed a new indirect replenishment and inventory system to support the Canada indirect (non-retail) purchase order process. Core accountability was to develop requirements, testing processes, manage rollout, implementation, and execution of SAP procurement system.

Create and implement short and long term procurement and supply chain strategies for Canada including forward and reverse operations, consolidation, technology and organizational structure. Anticipated electronic requisitions over 1.5m and over $450m annual operating supply spend.

Launched and implemented supply chain (allocation, delivery and inventory management) services for indirect goods in Canada. Implemented SAP systems on July 26, 2012.

Managed the integration of third party partners, Ariba-Catalogs, Ryder indirect consolidation. Delivered a 20% savings to capital expense budget.

Led and communicated the operational procurement aspects of indirect spend, including catalog management, invoicing and PO creation, spot buys and compliance management.
