I am seeking to contribute as Estimator or Construction Manager for an established contractor. My abilities include all engineering trades with special experience as estimator and Construction Manager. Making reliable estimates directly increase sales, profits of projects for a construction corporation. AVAILABLE FULL TIME PART TIME CONSULTANT SKILLS

• Prepare reliable and updated cost estimates in electrical, civil, mechanical and site trades can be from conceptual to final and unit prices. Suggest design improvements; perform value engineering in equipment and materials. Ability to develop cpm schedules, balancing multiple tasks, construction plans. Design safe, reliable and economical facilities which would include estimates for material, labor, equipment, and other necessary resources to complete the construction process. Prepare drawings, bid documents, environmental documents required for construction permits. Capable of make estimates without looking at a set of plans

• Identification vendors, staffing and subcontractors requirements to meet cpm and schedule. Develop business plans, estimate time, supplies and manpower needed to comply with project- owner schedule. Obtain subcontractor bids, writing technical estimates & change orders, permit paperwork, developing budgets, creating technical drawings, maintaining communication with owner

& superintendents. Responsible by cash flow( invoicing & collections) of the project.

• As Professional Engineer authorize to obtaining construction permits. Negotiating the construction regulations and details. Making sure everybody has positive outcomes. Submit alternatives. Supervision of work assigned to other project team members. Provide advice, planning and scheduling, constructability and direct pre-construction phase. Attending and coordination of meetings with clients and pertinent governing agencies.

• Prepare forensic report for hurricane, storms, and fire losses caused to electrical facilities. Establish security and safety, logistics plans, construction and inspection services.

• During two years responsible for complete the construction, punch list of $300 Millions in water projects thru PRASA as director of engineering in A.F.I.. Transfer of A.F.I.(PRASA) uncomplete projects to ONDEO PR and complete as per ONDEO PR requirements and contract agreements.

• Prepare company bids, construction contracts, payments certifications, estimates, and schedules

• Ability of develop a construction business and grow maintaining clients and designer relations.

• Management and execution of construction projects from the design phase up to the final delivery.

• Experience meeting with insurance representatives & client to assist in settling the claim.

• Approve change orders, start-up/commissioning and validation of equipments and rooms.

• Produce profit for clients by the delivery of projects on time in maintenance shutdowns.

• Ability to work 24 hours, 7 days when necessary to complete project PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
