Job Descriptions;

The role holder responsible for managing the activities of the Office of the CEO which includes scheduling appointments, handling calls to the office, taking dictation and meeting notes, and handling the CEO administrative and business issues. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Manages the CEO calendar and ensures

accurate scheduling of appointments.

Organize and attend meetings and ensure that the CEO is well prepared for meetings.

Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, excel sheets and minutes of meetings.

Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.

Oversees the preparation and production of various documents (letters, memos, correspondence, agendas, notes and minutes of meetings) as requested by the CEO.

Follow through on all pending issues related to the CEO affairs.

Coordinate with internal and external senior executives and stakeholders.

Deal with incoming mail, faxes and calls, and corresponds on behalf of the CEO.

Responsible for all office administrative requirements, procedures, filing, documentation,

data entry, facilities and office equipment.

Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or

invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.

Transcribes dictation, and composes & prepares confidential correspondence, reports,

and other complex documents

Oversees the coordination of travel arrangements and scheduling appointments for the CEO.

Assist in any office and company logistics and orders, in additional to coordinating with external

suppliers when needed.

Manages the maintenance and creation of an effective filing system.

Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the CEO in order to meet Department
