July 2017 - Present

On moving to the United States in May of 2017 I had to wait until June to officially receive my green card. By July 1st I was a fully licensed Realtor in the state of MD. Whilst hired part time by the brokerage to streamline their distribution of online leads. With having to quickly grasp real estate concepts of a foreign country, and learn local knowledge I have proven my adaptability in an incredibly competitive market of real estate. My ability to adapt and my eagerness to learn puts me in good stead to learn and evolve in a business that has the potential for high rewards along with hard work. Currently I have 3 properties under contract, with more to come in the next few months. 2011 – 2017

The Royal Marines are a branch of the UK military beneath the Naval branch specifically providing flexible, scalable military operations at the sea/land interface. Their job specifically is to investigate threats which demand exceptional power of analysis of lateral thinking, of discrimination and incisive action to confront and to overcome. My specialisation within the marines is Landing Craft which is mainly working with small boats conducting numerous tasking’s from beach reconnaissance to cliff assaults all from sea, rivers or small estuaries. My work in the Royal Marines has consisted of:

● Providing security for UK’s nuclear deterrent

● Conducting various lectures for colleagues on miscellaneous subject

● Efficient in firearms from larger weapons to small pistols

● Navigation on ground as well as sea using both maps and charts

● Anti-piracy operations in the region of Somalia

● Being part of small term training teams delivering military training in various countries with small man teams

● Very familiar with the Middle East

● Confident and very efficient in different types of water craft from small inflatables to large transport boats

● Competent in seamanship i.e understanding waterways, line handling and knots etc.

● Taking part in Amphibious testing and trials

● In charge of making sure all relevant sea safety equipment is up to date

INTRESTS

I have always enjoyed sports, and am constantly physically challenging myself. I have always played rugby and have recently started playing Rugby in an adult league. As I like challenging myself I have entered into an Ironman event, to raise money for the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund. I enjoy reading non-fiction books and exploring my surroundings. I would love to hike the Appalachian Trail.
