1) Data Mining – Flint Water Crisis

Task was to predict areas of high lead risk using Predictive Analysis.

Data preparation and analysis were performed using software JMP.

Data visualization software Tableau was used to identify the areas of high lead risk.

Final presentation was presented in front of class to Professor. 2) Applied Forecasting – Bob Hill’s Call Center Project

Task was to forecast the number of staff required to handle the increasing demand of calls at a customer service call center.

Different forecasting methods were applied using software Minitab.

Based on results and analysis, forecasting model was suggested.

Final results were presented to Professor.
