• Promoted and tasked with overseeing the overall process and delivery methods of all digital products within Nielsen Digital Ops (8 products in total)

• Continuously identify where processes can be improved and what current processes can be suspended in a constantly evolving business environment

• Worked with technology teams in providing operational requirements for all new incoming products, tools, DQC’s and UI’s.

Delivery Leader


• Promoted in May 2013 with the growth of the Digital Media product to lead and manage a team of 12 (5 onshore/ 7 offshore)

• Charged with responsibility overseeing complete data quality analysis before high level (365 day a year) delivery to clients that include, but not limited to NBC, ABC, Pepsi, P&G, Kraft, Unilever, Experian, Samsung, Facebook, CW, Microsoft, and Google.

• Responsible for over 5,000 (and growing) individual deliveries across OCR and

XCR products on consecutive daily and weekly delivery schedules

• Point person of escalation when a delivery or quality of data is in question.

• POC for severity issues when quality delivery is in question. Responsible for getting multiple areas of the business on the phone at a moment’s notice at any time of day or week.

• Operational Lead for incident tracking that includes agenda setting and expectations of work for business segments as well as root cause analysis and future prevention of occurring incidents.

• Identifying new metrics needed to show high level management the overall efficiency of the product as well as areas that are lacking.

• Metrics and deck creation include work across many areas of the business (both operational and technical) to reflect current trends, forecasting business influx, measurements of standard deviations was well as setting target medians of expectations.

• Hired at the launch of Nielsen’s DAR initiative (formerly Online Campaign Ratings/OCR)

• Worked on a team of 3 onshore and 5 offshore resources performing daily QA against 250 different DQC’s and KPI’s which served as final signoff before publishing data to Nielsen clients.

• Recommended escalation of risks to the data quality of the product to senior Analysts and delivery leads; assist in all required investigations to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of potential issues.

• Assist Product leadership and Client services to Investigate and answer data related client questions.

• Involved in ground up maintenance as well as evolution of process of brand new product implementation

• Actively and regularly work to set new rules with help of multiple teams across multiple platforms (Production support, Census collection, Measurement Science, Tagging and engineering both on and off-shore) to aid quality and haste in which data is delivered to client.

• Onboarding and maintaining the status of agents, contractors and consultants endorsed by Citi through direct and 3rd party vendors and agencies.

• Utilized Configuration of Citi Hires using PeopleSoft system: NEMS (non- employee management system).

• Requisition/Job creation across all areas of business and management chains within Citi in identifying Scope of work, requirements and job descriptions.

• Req sourcing from Citi management to a list of preferred vendors.

• Regular interaction with client vendors concerning specific target skills and resume review.

• Once a consultant is decided on, I am contacted by management to discuss

issues involving, but not limited to: proposed pay rates, headcount, budget, location, term of contact.

• Negotiation with client vendor’s and exercise of best business practices to procure lowest pay rate, fixed costs and vendor markups to achieve Citi budget goals

• Execution of on boarding with collaborative approval of Citi multiple levels of

Citi management.

• Increased interaction with Citi management to organize and execute Re- organizations, rate increases, contract extensions, SOW’s (statements of work), and terminations.
