Successfully negotiated with landowners on behalf of the Spectra Atlantic Northeast Project to acquire rights-of-way for oil and gas pipeline.

Scrubbed line list that were provided by Spectra of the landowners that have already agreed to a pipeline on their property years before.

Ran several survey crews to discover the feasibility of pipeline to run along the same corridor.

Call, schedule and manage all appointments; successfully manage time to maximize productivity.

Performed all necessary surface owner research and compiled pertinent tax assessment data.

2013 to 2015 Right of Way Agent

Successfully negotiated survey and permitting permissions for forty landowners for the Atlantic Sunrise Project.
