Project # 1 Make over of the webportal

The web portal comprises of package management solution.The concept is to reduce business expenses,improve business efficiency and effectively manage parceldeliveries.The portal caters to communities,retailers,commercial buildings and universities. Adding residents,management companies,properties and lockers to the system.Resident sign up.The portal displayed the payment history and parcel history of each resident depeding on their status.Access levels for staff, manager and admin had to be distinguished. Electronic package lockers were tested from,when a courier delivers packages to the locker until a resident picks up the package. Confirmed notification and reminder sent to the resident and the same displayed on the portal.

Project # 2 Payment Portal

This portal ensured the residents updated the card profile in the system. Confirmed if the appropriate registration fee, subscription fee is charged.Depending on the property setup, the resident would be charged fees for delayed pick up.The payment history of the portal reflected the residents actions. Option of waive fee in case the business wanted to be more considerate for the elderly or during a national disaster like the hurricane.

With the new functionality the CS and Collection agencies would be immediately notified the status of the credit card.

Project #4 Coll158a Agency Reporting Portal

This is an enhancement to the existing share point. To create a reporting portal to provide agency partners access to view and download reports specific to their agency.

Project #5 Coll159b ABA Look Up Functionality

The purpose of this project is to reinstate the functionality that provided Agents the ability to lookup a customer’s ABA number using the Acuity data file via the existing two applications. The existing procedure led to customer hang ups due to delay in looking up ABA number.

Project #6 Coll159a Terms and Conditions Approval System

A tool was created for the management of the terms and conditions compliance approval process. There are three user access levels on the Terms and Conditions Approval Processes Intranet Site. Alert functionality was included in the processes. Sequential Ques were created for processing the terms and conditions submitted for Compliance approval.

Project #7 CS22 Agency CMS Reporting (Call Management system)

The current manual process is automated to enable the call flow to be more efficient. This is an enhancement to the existing application to add a hire date and termination date for the full time employees. The added information is to be updated from business to the IT team and develop a sound ETL process for transmission and load the call flow data from the agencies to the Data warehouse. Offer the flexibility to receive and store the call flow data regardless of the phone system that is employed by the agency.

Project #8 CS 28 B Name Change P360 Enhancements

This tool was created to provide additional functionality that will allow business to manage the increased correspondence volumes through outsourcing. The purpose of this project is to enhance P360 (Document Imaging system) to support outsourcing of Name Changes correspondence.

Case Manager is an office management system.
