Managing the City of Toronto Project 16ECS-02TT for Sanitary Sewer and Manhole Rehabilitation, using Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) for sanitary sewer lining of existing 2134mm sanitary trunk sewer in and various manhole rehabilitation throughout City of Toronto trunk mains. Manage overall scope of work including, shop drawing submittals, scheduling, project approvals, permitting, estimating and budgeting, payment certificates, identify and negotiate cost of extra work, administer regular project meetings with Consultants, Clients and Field Staff to ensure any changes to work schedule, overall profit and loss and in conjunction with Executive Team, review and execute contracts from customers and subcontractors.

Employed as a dependent contractor and operating as A. Keshwar Civil Engineering for the last eight years working on a full-time basis for one company at a time providing engineering, financial and construction management expertise for companies aiming to advance their projects financial profitability. During my employment with construction companies, I developed and implemented company policies and procedures, organized office and site staff, and collaborated with superintendents. In addition, I completed tendering and submission of qualification letters accompanying bids, negotiated sub-contracts and suppliers’ costs and prepare sub-contractors purchase orders and presented bid pre- qualification documents for Regional projects and prepared construction schedules. R.V. Anderson Associates Limited – Toronto ON

• Managed and administered to contract for Millbrook water and wastewater pipelines – Township of Cavan Monaghan: Construction for the extension of a 250-mm dia. watermain and 300mm dia. sanitary sewer to service future development lands in the municipality. Project cost $1.5 million.

Dunpar Homes – Toronto ON

• Managed design review and submission for infill town house complex with respect to review and engineer stamp for site plan engineering and grading, function service report (FSR) storm water management report (SWM) - City of Toronto. Project Value $5Million.

Tedescon Infrastructure Inc - Kleinburg, ON

• Manage financial engineering contracts mainly for the reconstruction of Richmond St.-City of Toronto from Church St. to York St., Project scope included improvement to watermain, electrical and road rehabilitation, prepared extra work orders and costing, project financials and dealt with City of Toronto and TTC for work under streetcar tracks. Project value $5Million.
