Construction Site Representative in charge of building construction/maintenance for chemical process infrastructure equipment, building structures, road repair, waste water treatment facility, piping, associated process kettles as well as tank farm. Conduct daily coordination, scheduling and scoping in support of, building maintenance supervisors, design and chemical engineers, multiple contractors, security and 3M executive management for over 25 buildings and tank farm vessels.

(Four Points Sheraton Hotel Construction Project Manager and Site Superintendent for a design-build renovation project for two hotel towers in Peoria, IL, consisting of a 6 story stack, and a 9 story stack with 323 guest suites, a water park, two banquet rooms, 1 ball room and common area, Restaurant, new 4000 amp switch gear replacement and hotel administrative offices, in charge of managing daily construction issues and coordinating construction trades, conducting weekly owners meeting as well as weekly progress meeting with trades, generating meeting minutes, buying out contracts, approving daily Work Tickets for T&M work, generating and submitting Change Order Requests to Ownership, issuing Change Orders to construction trades, updating project schedule as required.

Project manager responsible for the construction of the 4 level, 570 stall, parking ramp construction project in Minneapolis, MN. Reroute existing 13.8 KVA redundant main power feed from main power plant building to hospital. Reroute underground chilled, potable and storm/sewer lines. Storm Water Management certified through the University of Minnesota certified and OSHA 30 accredited.

CHS-$4,000,000.00 budget - Liquid/Dry fertilizer facility- Mooreton, ND. Construction Project Manager In charge of budgeting and erection of a 48,500- square foot, 15,000 ton facility in conjunction with SMA, CHS Agricultural facilities and Van Sickle Engineering.

Managed the demolition construction document phase for an 850 Housing unit, road and curbing, above and below ground, plumbing, sewer, mechanical, water tower, pump station and electrical utility infrastructure demolition project.

State of Iowa- $900,000.00 budget-Maximum Security Prison ISP Inmate housing facility upgrade project. Project Manager responsible for mechanical water pressure, air exchange and shower upgrade (2007).
