accordance with OSHA and EPA Standards and Practices

• Prepare and submit monthly projected projects, costs and

forseeable profits

• Manage “sub tier” subcontractors

• Demonstrate due diligence and tenacity to complete a project

within all scheduled parameters and excellent workmanship (“NO

Punchlist” Philosophy)

• Value engineering when feasibl

• Prepare and present, when necessary, 24 hour performance

demand letters

• Establish and maintain client, subcontractor and supplier
