District Manager January 2009 – August 2011

Responsible for the operation of 8 restaurants located in the Norther Virginia Area, hiring and training new staff, coaching and development of promoted managers, established systems of cost control to help maximize food and liquor costs; responsible for the food and liquor ordering, maintaining stock levels according with sales needs and delivery days.

Responsible to conduct inventories to determine usages of food and liquor, dry goods, to go supplies, paper products, office supplies, silverware, etc.; maintaining the necessary levels to ensure proper operation and guest satisfaction.
