Established several progressive Program Management Offices (PMOs) that integrated Organizational Engagement & Enablement into their scope of responsibility and operating model.

Led and successfully delivered over one dozen large ERP implementations, most of which were complex, and involved significant enterprise transformation and organizational change management. Examples include full functional scope, global rollout, and development of select shared services.

Directed teams of up to 125 professionals, with up to 10 direct reports.

Managed P&L operating budgets to support up to $20 million in annual professional services fees.

Joined this “20-year old start-up” consulting firm with objective to help the owner/founder rebuild it after its sharp decline following the 2008 global financial crisis. Objectives included assessing market needs, redefining scope of practice, establishing practice management performance metrics and authoring content for revamped website. Also developed staffing plan and led recruiting for practice personnel. Mentored staff.
