Used Adobe FrameMaker to put together over 47 documents and combine into one for the purpose of having one document that explained application specific procedures, roles and responsibilities, scope and overviews of different departmental functions.

o Included were table of indexes, table of figures, table of contents and a List of Tables. All topics were converted to a single book. The same featured document was done in MS Word. The documentation was provided with table of indexes, table of contents and a List of Tables. Visio and Excel modules were also included.

Remote Access Instructions – a manual to acquaint the user with the RSA Token and provide access to a Citrix Application function.

Created Cisco EX90 User Guide for users who are unfamiliar with the system. This was an in-depth manual that explained all aspects of using the system.

Avaya Voice Mail – This was a system that explained to users in a plain and simple way what the Avaya System was and how to use it.
