●Managed the equipment layout, plant layout and equipment purchase of type and kind for operation and future growth, material handling, new employee hiring, new employee training safety records, data management using ROUTE MANAGER, inventory maintenance and purchasing for Montana Linen Supply, doing this while still managing the plant in Nevada.

●Organized wash floor, created a wash list to fully maximize washers, increasing pounds per hour and clean dry weights were implemented per washer capacity. Maximized washer capacity, creating less loads, which reduced utilities, chemicals, and space.

●Reduced wash floor turn times; averaging 8 minutes for washer extractors and 2 minutes for tunnel washers.

●Organized flow of product, reducing “touches” and increasing efficiency by changing the way we handled material.
