Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics with 21 plus years of work experience in Executive/Admin Assistant/ Front Office Executive.

QUALIFICATION

Completed Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics through Chellamal College for Women (affiliated through Madras University) in the year 1984.

1. United Liner Agencies of India pvt. ltd

Executive in Admin/Front Office In charge/ Administration Assistant in United Liner Agencies of India pvt. ltd, Chennai (a Liner agency unit & majority held subsidiary of United Liner Agencies of India pvt. ltd – Mumbai) since July 2007 till July 2014 and transferred to United Liner Shipping Services LLP, Chennai from August 2014 to July 2015

Coordinating with the Administration cum HR Manager for finalizing Vendors based on the Evaluation Report, monthly wise bills and with the quotations submitted by vendors.

Maintaining attendance register/leave register/labor office forms submission (Form No.II, III, V etc) of employees, preparing letters/ sending fax messages/sending couriers, Monitoring contract staffs work performance and reporting to head office month wise.

Attending all Phone calls and transferring calls accordingly to the concerned department. Maintaining Telephone/Fax Register and attending to the visitors/Customers.

Doing follow up work with the Project coordinators in the different sectors and collect the data information, etc
