Work Experience:

Worked with Four Seasons hotel & resorts (Mumbai) as a bartender for Aer bar & lounge from 20th may 2013 till December 2015.

Worked With a Asian restaurant and a bar and lounge (KOKO)as a preopening Head bartender under the guidance of Dimitri Lezinska (GLOBAL BRAND AMBASADOR GREY GOOSE.)from January 2016 to march 2017.

Currently working with Food Link India as a company Mixologist & Bar manager (cocktail Menu designer) and Bar Trainer.

Industrial Training exposure:

Successfully completed industrial training of six months at Four Seasons, Mumbai from 1st November 2011 to 30th April 2012.

Completed 12 days training at SAHARA Star, Mumbai.

I have completed my three years of B.Sc in hospitality with Ist class from BHARATI VIDYAPEETH INSTITUTE OF HOTEL AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT.

Completed my HSC from Bharati Vidyapeeth college.

Completed SSC from Bharati Vidyapeeth school.

Won bartending competition held by cocktail and dreams 2012 .

Stood first runner-up for monin cup India cocktail competition 2014.

Been a part of Diageo world class India bartending competition 2015.

Part of top twenty bartenders from India for Diageo world class 2015.

Graduated the MAISON training program held by Pernod Ricard 2015 (the Ecole Hoteliére de Lausanne, Switzerland).

Stood 1st runner up for Bacardi legacy India 2016-17.

Stood 1st runner up for Diplomatico world tournament- India Chapter2017

Part of Diageo World Class Cocktail Competition 2017.

Extracurricular activities:

Got a chance to learn and use the Ayurvedic Herbs and spices with Dimitri Lezinska in cocktails.

Participating in the Lifelong Learning Extension Program of Mumbai University.

Got a chance to explore the production methods and monin production plant at Monin Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

Got a great chance to attend various session’s based on spirits like( grey goose beyond the bar), Bacardi, Monin syrups, Louis XIII,etc.
