• Provide software training and onboarding support to new MINDBODY customers.

• Provide senior-level support to the Onboarding Team by assisting with project management, knowledge management, supporting Onboarding Specialists, and other responsibilities.

• Assisted Sales staff with product Demo's to answer technical questions and highlight feature, functionality of software offerings.
