PLANT DETAILS

Super creetical Boiler (pulverized coal) make L&T Main steam flow 2322 TPH PFBC boiler at 257 kg/cm2, 568 Celsius . multy cylinder 2nos. LP Turbine, 2 surface condenser,6HP heater, 6 LP heater system with Hyadrogen cooled generator turbine inlet temperature 568 C,Pressure 247kg /cm2.

H2 Dryer,CCCW,ACW, Stator coil cooling water system, seal oil system,3nos. CEP, vaccum pump HP shell 2nos.&LP shell 2nos., EH oil system, WSDT,HP Bypass, LP Bypass oil system, GSC, TDBFP & MDBFP,MOT,lube oil PHE,lube oil filter,JOP etc.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation (TURBINE FIELD) of Steam Turbine, H2 Cooled Generators, Cooling tower, Fire Fighting System etc

Daily responsibilities for complete field operation of 660 MW Extraction cum condensing type steam turbine

Responsible for field operation of 660 MW Steam Turbine Generator set (HP, IP & LP Turbine 1& 2) and it’s Auxiliary Equipments like Condensers, Heat Exchangers and Heaters.

Analyses abnormal conditions and recommend remedial actions. Fault finding in Power Generation System.

Communicate and follow instructions of the shift controller to carry out duties efficiently and safely

Having coordinated with control room engineers & Other involved persons to ensure smooth operation of the plant

Carryout routine checks on equipment for abnormalities and inform superior..
