Answering incoming calls on multi-lines telephones, making outgoing calls to the applicants for the confirmation about their membership cards, setting appointments, answering visitors or callers enquiries about the company products and its services, directing visitors to their destination, guest registration, filing, collecting CV s and giving Trainee evaluation tests to the interviewees and invigilating them, sorting applications according to their Agency codes or offices, counting and recording them, greeting and welcoming visitors and clients with that friendly smile, giving job description and company information, going to the Head office in Cape Town to submit and collect the application forms and rejections, taking messages, scanning, typing, photocopying. Storing and distributing of forms, reading messages from the telephone and voice notes, separating confidential and personal mail from the delivery, unlocking (Opening) and locking(closing) the office.
