Senior Project Manager (contract employee, finishing project)

Used Agile and Scrum methodology to manage phase 3.0 of a mobile application project and development team. Created and managed the backlog, sprints and daily scrum/stand ups for the project team. I was brought in to manage this project as the previous project manager left to take another opportunity.

V2 TECHNOLOGY (Windstream) 08/2016 – 06/2017

Senior Project Manager (full time employee, replacing contractors with Earthlink employees)

Used Agile and Scrum processes for collaboration, self-organization, and working on the cross functionality of teams. Applied the process of meeting with product owners, establishing the backlog and setting up sprints and daily scrum/stand ups.

Hired as a Senior IT Project Manager for Windstream.

Managed a large IT project ($3M+), responsible for budget, project team, software/hardware acquisition, vendor management and led a project team of 60+ members. Project included upgrading warehouse operations, adding scanners, vendor mobile apps, ERP and JDE E1 interface. This project realized over $9M in recovered assets and equipment.

Managed Windstream initiative to establish SharePoint as the primary document repository. This included limited customizations, site access and creation per business unit and general permissions.
