Responsible for day to day operation of over 200 employees, including 6 supervisors, 3 planners, and 3 purchasing agents to a facility that totals approximately 250,000 square feet.

Represent the company in labor negotiations and all personnel matters with the union, including grievances, arbitrations and negotiation of union contracts.

Helped the company become ISO9000 and ISO9001certified, through training seminars, writing departmental process procedures and pertinent SOPs.

Promoted by the company from Supervisor to Planner to Senior Planner to Section Manager to Production Manager.

Interface very closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Purchasing, Marketing, Customer Service and Maintenance.

Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of the Master Production Schedule.
