Through better organization, “5s,” new department layouts with lean principles and new product lines, help the company grow from 20 million dollars to becoming a 100 million dollar company at the end of 2008 with only a nominal increase in the work force.

Responsible for 12 different product lines and associated vendor departments including a Machine Shop and Sheet Metal department.

Responsible for day to day operation of over 200 employees, including 6 supervisors, 3 planners, and 3 purchasing agents to a facility that totals approximately 250,000 square feet.

Represent the company in labor negotiations and all personnel matters with the union, including grievances, arbitrations and negotiation of union contracts.

Helped the company become ISO9000 and ISO9001certified, through training seminars, writing departmental process procedures and pertinent SOPs.

Promoted by the company from Supervisor to Planner to Senior Planner to Section Manager to Production Manager.

Interface very closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Purchasing, Marketing, Customer Service and Maintenance.

Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of the Master Production Schedule.
