The ultimate goal of this project is to drive a broader array of functional aspects within prominent search

engines and updating & validating information for the same. Improved the quality and incidents of search

Project: Project Manager / Consultant

e-Psychiater – Amsterdam, NL

Achieved the ultimate goal of this project of installing mandatory software (Psychcare) at the e-psychiatrist’s practice/office.

Implementation of software and education of psychiatrist regarding streamlining the practice/office.

• Installed the Care Healthcare Platform (CHP) software, an advanced multifunctional web based platform

for the mental health and business organizations.

• Managed & Monitored the Care Healthcare Platform (CHP) software to support the Routine Outcome

Implementation Consultant - Global Delivery On-Site (GDOS) 2007-2009

IBM – Amsterdam, NL

At IBM the Global Delivery On-Site project is a globally integrated concept for IBM to move work to people

and people to work. Various work-groups were involved; Assignee, Assignee’s Manager, Mobility Center,

Project Manager/PMO, Vendor, Travel Desk.

My challenge was to move this VP level project idea from the conceptual stage into a working implementation/project plan. Afterwards, I was involved in many conference calls with management

teams and project managers, proactively discussing improvements and the benefits

(i.e. kick-off meeting) of the project.

• Driver of communication and priority within GDOS project to ensure constancy across organization.

• Created implementation/delivery plan from conception to completion.

• Developed 3rd party SLA and ongoing management of service level compliance.

• Created a RACI matrix that explained the individual responsibilities from all work-groups involved, shared this via my own website and continuously streamlined and updated this process.

• Defined roles and responsibilities to project teams/workgroups.

• Met individually with various managers to share the GDOS strategy and to answer questions raised.

• Updated project plans, issues, suggestions and solutions to stakeholders. (Stakeholder Management)

• Monitored, educated and guided Project Managers on the GDOS Guidelines.

• Facilitated professional internal teams of global resources allocated to each individual client company for

business and strategic management, business process re-engineering and performance improvement.

• Explained the big picture of the project and drilled down to the individual details, i.e. RACI Matrix.
