I am an internal medicine physician, practicing since 1999. My patients from teens to centenarians. I address concerns and explain treatment plans customized to the patient’s level of understanding. In addition to my private practice, I have served as a hospitalist, treating patients with a variety of diagnoses. During my Residency at Rush Presbyterian, I conducted research on occupational exposure to HIV phenotypic and genotypic analysis. The research found certain factors in the exposed patient increased the risk of viral transmission. Advisor: Harold Kessler, M.D.

Research thesis at Emory’s Gruenwald Cardiovascular Center: cardiology and PTCA for treatment of restenosis in pigs. Advisor: Dr. James Hearns.
