Operations Manager

Responsible for management and supervision of temporary associates staffed at Midwest Express. Duties included on a daily basis range from attendance tracking, performance evaluations, pay increases, and general HR functions as needed by the associates and management. These areas of management include associates that are staffed in 5 different locations for Midwest Express, mainly composing of the Honda Marysville Auto Plant and the East Liberty Auto Plant.
