Communicate with suppliers to import their products and ask them to arrange the required shipping documents to clear the shipment from the Customs & clearance.
•Negotiate prices and payment terms with supplier.
• Follow up transfer payments to suppliers.
•Stamp the shipping documents from the bank and send them to our brokers to clear shipments.
•Provide the bank with the release certificates for the released shipments.
•Handle all the shipping process.
•Calculate the clearing fees then arrange with customs broker to pay it to the customs then release the shipment.
•Make insurance on the shipments until they enter in our stock or delivered to the warehouses of our customers.
•Export shipments and arrange the required shipping documents like stamping the invoices
& CO from the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce and legalize them from the Ministry of Foreign Trade, then send them to our customers abroad.
•Attend Exhibitions & make survey on the exhibitors and know the new products in our field.
•Pricing.
•follow up our brokers until they clear the shipments and receive the shipments in our stock and deliver the products to our customers.
•Inform the warehouses with the released shipments to arrange place to receive them.
•Coordinate the filing system for suppliers & Projects.
•Handle Tenders.
•Search for new suppliers.
