Profile

Nifraas is an engineering professional specialized in project controls particularly in planning and cost control aspects of multi million dollars projects for major construction, oil & energy industries. He has a strong background in latest technology adopted for the project management. He has served in project management & project controls positions for many projects with budgets ranging from $1 million to $86 million. •Work closely with program manager, project manager, contract manager and all discipline leads (engineering, procurement & construction) to define detailed progress measurement in a daily basis.

•Prepare & maintain detailed baseline schedule (micro schedule) for the complete project scope
