We provide complete engineering and CAD services.InMetal employs the latest state-of-the-art fabrication technology including: CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Punching, CNC Forming, CNC Milling and Robotic Welding.


Worked closely with sales and engineering to provide accurate scheduling of production runs through the shop. Through the use of “ Visual Fabrication” Business program track jobs as they flow through the shop to ensure the recording of correct counts and times. Through the use of Excel MS Word create priority lists for the shop to follow. Provide a cutting list for the laser to follow to supply the shop with continues work.

Withthe use of a delivery schedule report for the next 4 weeks review each job in Visual Business program and record each operation for each work center on the report. From this report a weekly priority list is generated for the shop to follow.

The weekly priority list is created by reviewing all job travelers and record each operation on each work station it will run through. The list is organized by delivery date and the number of operations needed to be achived to commplete the job with in that week.. This also takes in any outside services that may be necessary.

Develope a cut list for the laser and the Tyrret punch considering start Date and when the material will be avalable. Working with purchasing and receiving review all material as they arrive to properly indentify it for which joe it is purchased for.

Primary Flow Signal (PFS) and its subsidiaries are regarded as a domestic as well as international resource for high accuracy flow meters in numerous markets including oil & gas industries; power industry; municipal water and waste-water, industrial, and automotive EGR.


Worked closely with in/outside sales to provide accurate quotes of customers RFQs. Through the use of the E2 Business program develop material and labor cost. Through the use of Excel MS Word Communicate with customers and organize customer requests and orders.

Plansee-USA is a division of Plansee LLC of Austria, a world leading manufacture of refractory metals, such as Tungsten and Molybdenum. Whereupon completion of quotes a routing for all products that were produced in the shop, which resulted in accurate information to the shop and accounting.

Fabricated furnace parts for annealing furnaces used in the electronic field to sinter powders. Skills included the knowledge of all fabrication and machine shop machinery and being able to read and understand customer prints.
