Clerical duties, answering the phone, filing, typing, scheduling of clients appointments with councilors. Update records

Supervision of program management department, held responsibility for production control, planning, and all customer purchase order functions, supervision of (10) people.

Provided program management for several high visibility programs for such customers as General Dynamics, our Military, BAE, Raytheon. This consisted of preparing, and giving presentations to customers and VMR executives.

Responsibility for all federal government contracts, company compliance to federal regulations (FAR and DFAR), interpretation contract requirements, RFQ’s, and pricing negotiations.

Supported customer schedule requirements with reviews and adjustments of manpower, equipment and labor.

Data collection, preparation and formulation of monthly reports covering on time delivery, program overview, project profitability, delinquency, customer satisfaction, planning efficiency.

Held responsible for maintaining and administrating company’s HUB ZONE requirements for military contracts
