T24 Developer 2016 – 2017

Responsible for assisting with the conversion of a Fidelity Profile Banking Systems to T24 Banking System, and providing support and enhancements to the T24 system in jBC/jbase programming language:

Assisted in improving Temenos’ core banking application by resolving technical issues such as logging vendor tickets and unit testing solutions before transitioning to QA team;

Increased deposits by developing local jBC code for a new 3/5 year investment term product. This included developing AUTOFORM through jQuery script for printing terms and conditions;

Resolved critical banking issues on a 24 hour basis by providing timely support through the ServiceDesk Express. This included working collaboratively with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to resolve overnight processing issues;

Improved efficiency of a new framework for the T24 banking system (AA), by serving as primary contact in resolving defect issues and perfecting processing for weekly production. This involved utilizing jBase for fixes and performing unit and QA testing;

Enhanced performance of the new T24 banking application by developing/implementing improvements in a test environment. This included pro-actively learning Jmeter for queries and quickly adapting to changing needs;

Reduced impact on members and workload in the contact centre by resolving problems associated with the conversion of history of accounts. This involved working under increased pressure to develop a fix, QA testing and implement within a 6 month timeframe.
