Dear Employer,

In response to your job opening, I am enclosing my resume for your review. I am a licensed pharmacist seeking immediate and long-term employment with a company focused on providing excellent customer service and improving patient care. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, FSI, PPMS, Ultipro, QS/1, Power B1, and other pharmacy systems, CII reporting, ordering and management software. I am dependable, self-motivated and task oriented. I have excellent written skills and possess strong verbal skills in one on one and group settings. I have successfully managed teams through the use of delegation, leadership, positivity, encouragement and respect. I easily adapt to any situation or environment and I am a fast learner. My organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, work ethic and problem solving abilities have enabled me to be successful in multiple settings and in high volume and fast paced environments with ease.

There is a gap in my employment history because I had to have major back surgery. There was a two year healing period and residual nerve damage that had to heal completely. After the healing process was complete, I began to seek employment. The last pharmacy that I worked for, was purchased by a corporation. They decided to close multiple locations, and my pharmacy was one of them. I would appreciate your consideration of my application and the opportunity for an interview. The best way to contact me is by phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you.
