• Responsible for daily oversight and management of 10 production lines as well as 20 staff members within the Glaminate Department

• Oversee production of cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging products, including assigning employees to daily tasks, implementing proper production startups, shutdowns and changeovers, and ensuring all equipment is functioning at peak efficiency

• Manage all production lines to maintain adherence to production schedules and ensure that production quotas and budgets are met for finished goods while minimizing waste and conforming to safety and quality standards

• Track customer orders on a daily basis throughout production process to ensure compliance to quality requirements and shipment due dates
