Process Union hourly weekly, Union hourly bi-weekly, and 2 hourly bi-weekly payrolls for plant facilities located in the state of Alabama, Michigan, and California.
Process semi-monthly salaried payroll to include all U.S. facilities in 20 locations.

Upload payroll file to ADP for transfer of payroll funds to employee’s applicable bank account.
Communicate with facility regarding receipt of garnishment orders and initiate system deduction.
Initiate 401k deductions- % or flat amount per Human Resource request.
Import benefit deduction changes into UltiPro via csv upload.
Import all facilities exception changes into payroll, transferring to csv upload file for upload into system.
Test facilities with hours entry into the new UTA Time & Attendance system.
Local tax exceptions (i.e. state of Ohio)- research pending exceptions, contact the appropriate city in the county of Ohio, request documentation for completion of application of withholding account. Complete application/questionnaire, return to applicable city. Upon receipt of response, update UltiPro Back Office with withholding account information and create case with Ultimate Software requesting update of records.
Responsible for set-up of Electronic Income Withholding Order (EIWO).
Responsible for Garnishment Compliance and Reconciliation process.
Responsible for developing Business Intelligence reports through Ultimate Web Query for various departments within the corporate office.
