Responsibilities: Worked as a liaison between our business partners and IT to gather, then translate requirements into technical specifications used by developers to code software. Managed EDI onboarding projects for the company’s global client base. Also responsible for day to day development, support and maintenance of the EDI system that serviced the Supply Chain, Accounting, and Warehouse functional areas of our business.

Projects Delivered: Migrated company’s customer based to an industry compliant EDI solution. Wrote Standard Operating Procedures for 1st and 2nd level support teams.
