Execution: New Oil Pier Project for Crude & LPG Export (Hyundai, SK). Project cost: 345 MMUSD.
FEED: New Acid Gas Removal & Sulfur Production (Worley Parsons, UK). Project cost: 400 MMUSD.
FEED: Ethane Recovery Project (Hyundai, SK). Project cost: 470 MMUSD.
FEED: Fourth Gas Train Project (SKEC, SK), Project cost: 800 MMUSD.
Prepared Process Design Engineering Package including PFD, Heat & Mass Balance process simulations, P&IDs, Hydraulic calculations, Equipment selection & process specification, Flare & utilities load summary.
Have carried out design review for the upstream unit documentation for Booster station BS-171, Sour Gas Pipeline Network mechanical datasheet, process control and instrumentation datasheet.
Facilitated HAZOP and HAZID for the FEED packages to have clear scope for execution.

Conducted Root Cause analysis for technical issues of Fluidized Catalyst Cracking Unit, Lube & Wax Unit, Propane Deasphalting Unit to produce Bright Neutral Lube Oil Base Stock.
Increased energy conservation in crude unit by optimizing COT at heater outlet, after studying the quality of crude at site vis-à-vis design crude quality.
Introduced caustic injection at de-salter to reduce overhead chloride content in crude unit, thereby reducing corrosion chemical usage by 25% in overhead system.
As Engineer-R&D, developed alternate methodology for evaluation of Attrition resistance of FCCU catalyst and part of the zeolite catalyst development research & extraction pilot plants.
