PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Fire Investigator (New Haven Police Fire Investigation Unit- February 2013 to Present)
Assigned to work as the lead detective with the New Haven Fire Marshal’s Office in determining the cause and origin of fires.
Worked closely with New Haven Fire Department Fire Investigators, Connecticut State Fire Marshal Investigators, Special Agents from the FBI and ATF in numerous fire investigations.
Evidence Collection and Preservation
Lead detective for Arson Investigations for 2013 Murder/Arson at 161 Whalley Avenue and 2015 Murder/Arson at 60 Warren Street.
Certified through State of Connecticut as a Fire Investigator.
Maintain organized records of information pertinent to open investigations.
Conducted over hundred fire investigations.
Major Crimes Detective (New Haven Police Major Crimes Unit- April 2012 to February 2013)
Successfully investigated and assisted numerous felony crimes that led to numerous arrests and convictions.
Investigated such crimes as Shootings, Robbery/Burglary and Sexual Assaults along with assisting Homicide Unit for Murder Investigations.
Conducted many Interviewing and Interrogations
Worked closely with State’s Attorney’s Office with major investigations

Worked several federal wire investigations with F.B.I and ATF and CT State Police

Conducted mobile or stationary surveillance on individuals being investigated.
