Project Description

The Bradford Group is a global online retailer which provides several customized items and household products. This project involved the development and implementation of billing data mart according to defined business rules for strategic business analysis. Rising Medical Solutions provided billing review services, and this project was the pivotal in the success of all services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

This system was capable to capture the data from multiple OLTP databases, and load them into data warehouse. It helped Foxconn to analyze the data, report generation, data repository, and data management.

Responsibilities

•Collected business requirements from end users, and translated them to technical specs and design docs for system development.

•Identified various data sources, formulated data dictionaries, designed and developed data models (physical/logical data models) based on the given specs and requirements..

Project Description

CPC Corporation is a state-owned petroleum, natural gas, and gasoline company in Taiwan, and it is the core of Taiwanese petrochemicals industry. Our team was responsible for implementing Enterprise Data Warehouse conversion project from business objects to MS SQL Server where we performed data migration with the help of ETL and stored procedures. In addition, our team performed analysis by using cubes and developed reports for end users by using SSRS.

Responsibilities

•Collected existed data information and user requirement for designing data warehouse architecture.

•Designed database objects like tables, indexes, sequences, constraints, stored procedures and triggers to implement business rules.

•Created ETL packages, which can handle different data sources (SQL Server, Flat Files, Excel source files, XML files etc.) and then loaded data into assigned destinations.

•Developed the packages with monitoring features and logging so that audit information of the packages and their execution results were be recorded and loaded in to the audit table.
