●Developed and implemented standard cost, schedule and risk programs, processes and practices to ensure Design and Construction projects were performed in accordance with approved budgets and schedules.

●Developed, coordinated and maintained detailed project schedules for individual projects and for the large multi-discipline project portfolios within Primavera P6. Responsible for facilitating schedule development and maintenance with the all the project stakeholders (i.e. engineering, licensing, permitting, procurement, construction, etc.).

●Analyzed schedule tracking information and provided project teams with recommended corrective actions to ensure projects meet required in service dates. Prepared detailed schedule reports as required (i.e. critical path review, baseline vs. actual, look ahead, milestones and reflection analysis).

●Developed, coordinated and maintained financial, schedule, estimate, budget, resource, procurement and other data within P6 and other databases and query tools for individual projects for the DP&C project portfolio.

●Developed, coordinated and maintained status reporting and executive dashboards for the financial aspects and schedules for projects within Primavera P6, including performance indices such as CPI, SPI, and other Key Performance Indices (KPI’s).

●Created an Integrated, Resource Loaded, Cost Loaded, Physical Duration schedule built in Primavera P6. This schedule’s scope has to do with three different Pump Stations on the levees of New Orleans. The schedule is built from Overhead budgets, original scope estimates, current contractor updated construction schedule, andestimated modifications (Change Orders). The data in Primavera was then generated to create custom reports along with EVM (Earned Value Management) curves to accommodate FAR Requirements.

Schedule was resourced and cost loaded and updated daily. Walk downs and various meetings were what contributed to the schedule updates. Various reports were created for the customers status updates. Client Prism DocAudit program used to update histories.

Work consisted of 47 Burner Replacements, All Superheat replacement and installation of an Over fire Air System, Much TM work was added to the schedule and maintained Project completed on time and on budget. Custom reports generated were Resource, Cost, and Earned Value.

●Calculating CPI and SPI and Preparing Earned Value report for each Engineering, procurement and construction phases.

●Wrote a Primavera P6. 37 day outage on a LP Rotor Change Out. Built this schedule from the WBS to activities. Resource loaded this schedule with cost analysis. Showed Critical Path while the outage went through its cycles. Attended outage meetings with a three day look ahead for each contractor. This project was civil, construction, and commissioning.

●Responsibilities dealt with collecting bids for plans written by myself and supplied to the contractor. Mobilized contractor’s onsite and coordinated logistics, materials, and submitted plant regulations for site safety training and security requirements. This Outage consisted of five economizer replacements on three HRSG units. Replacement of baffle plates, piping, valves, and HRSG cleaning. All plans were put in Maximo and scheduled in Primavera P6. This project was a construction maintenance outage.

●Wrote Work Orders in SAP and applied the Owners guidelines for the Contract. Applied Work Orders to the outage schedule Primavera P6. Oversaw and inspected craft work for Air Heater Basket Replacement, Tube Wall Installation, Cooler Cleaning, Precipitator Repairs, Header Repair, Scaffolding with much T&M work. Coordinated the contractor’s onsite to maintain an even flow of production. During and at the end of the outage, Initiated the Back Charge Process due to the contractors use of Plant Resources not identified in the contract. This outage was on time and on budget with no Safety Incidents. This project was a construction maintenance outage.

●Coordinated the replacement of Air Heater baskets and the replacement of tubes around IR ports in the SH and RH side of Unit #3 boiler. Installation of UREA ports. Duties included updating the schedule Primavera P6 and wrote scope work orders in SAP, monitoring Budget and delivering Back Charges to contractors for the planned outage. Project on time and on budget. Zero Safety Incidents This project was a construction maintenance outage.

Instrumental in level negotiations of Back Charges incurred by APCOM from XCEL Energy. This was a New Construction Project.
