Currently I am working as a Chinese interpreter for the courts in the state of North Carolina on on-call bases

Supervisor, R&D Laboratory. Carried a wide range of technical assignments, with emphasis on chemical analysis of rubber components, rubber formulation development for pharmaceutical applications, FDA regulatory affairs as well as process and product development and finished good testing. Also conducted materials research and participated in solving customer problems.

• Developed several rubber formulations that resulted in generating 5 millions dollars in sale.

• Modified production formulations that eliminated dispersion problem in finished good and improved yield by 20%.

• Modified process parameters on ten high volume items that reduced processing time by 10%.

• Developed analytical methods to identify and solve customer’s problems which improved customer’s satisfaction.
