Returned to Pav-Lak in November 2014 as Controller reporting and working closely with Principal of privately held Construction Management Firm - General Contractor and Real Estate Developer.

oPav-Lak specializes in new ground up construction for Private Developers in New York City and surrounding areas. Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Hi-End Condominiums, Apartments-Rental Properties, Hospitals, Schools, Libraries, Houses of Worship and Public Works.

Reviewed systems identifying areas of improvement in accounting, administrative, purchasing, HR.

Instrumental person in moving company to PEO resulting in major payroll cost savings and workmen’s compensation insurance costs.

oBecoming part of a PEO has resulted in saving exceeding 40% in HR, payroll processing, taxes and benefits. The company now offers “Fortune 100” benefit programs to staff.
