Main duties and responsibilities :

• Process and review the monthly payroll.

• Review and reconciliation of payroll payments and deductions for accuracy.

• Enter new staff on the payroll system and issue file numbers.

• Update and maintain staff records such as change in job title, salary, allowance, transfer, resignation and termination.

• Provide new staff with email ids, HR system access and facilities.
