I have been working at Royal Airport Services (Pvt.) Limited, a Ground Handling Agency working across major airports in Pakistan. My main responsibilities include managing telephone calls, drafting correspondence for executives, keeping record of all documentation pertaining to executive office, noting the minutes of meetings and collecting the statistics as desired by senior management. I have been performing the special assignments as delegated to me from time to time.
List of my responsibilities is given hereunder:
To carryout typing of all correspondence.
To receive / dispatch all mail.
To enter the mail in “In Coming” and “Out Going” Register.
To file the letter / Application in proper file and enter link with the reference.
To maintain the leave/absentee dispatch register of Ramp Ops & GSE Workshop personnel.
To receipt & issue the Stationary to Ramp Ops Section, Ramp Admin Section & Workshop.
To maintain all files and keep up to date.
To computerize the quarterly Key Performance Indicator of GHEs/Vehicles on receipt of data from GSE Workshop.
To type any data required by Ramp Officer/Manager Maintenance.
To prepare and submit the Monthly/Quarterly Returns to HOSF/HORAS.
Any other duty assigned by the Manager Ramp.
Providing support to the company through both administrative and clerical duties.
Maintaining the office’ IT equipment.
Involved in the typing and creation of documents as well as the processing of client information.
Providing a high standard of service to customers.
Recording and updating customer databases
Photocopying and scanning administrative documents.
Handling telephone information requests.
