Key Responsibilities :

Will be responsible for Manpower planning, Compensation & Benefit, IR, Social Compliance audit / Buyers audit, Manpower Engagement, Grievances handling, Performance Management, Training & development etc.

Monitoring compliance with Labour statues like PF-1952, ESI-1948, CLRA-1972, Odisha’1975 and Factories Act -1948 and attend related legal hearings.

Ensuring support to administrative services like Transport, Canteen, Security, House Keeping, Travel Management, and Guest House management is provided on a timely basis, as per the requirement of the different departments of the Unit and ensuring safety of resources.
