Created by a professional carpet cleaner in his garage in Fresno, California, over 43 years ago, he was motivated to empower people to achieve professional quality results themselves.

Roles & Responsibilities

Created Instance management plan, Development plan, change management plan, Trained in-house IT Team on JDE architecture and toolset. Led the team of 4 in-house developers to create conversion programs using JDE toolset for all master data conversions.

Worked in Global design process for rollout across all the companies, established Instance Management plan, Change control procedures, standard operating procedures, trained LSB IT team on OneView Reporting.

Managed offshore developers for Development of BI forms – PO Print, Invoice Print, AP Checks, Commissions and Contracts, Freight Allocations Interface, Item Master and BOM interface from Agile PLM for Process into JDE E1. Designed and Implemented Document Distribution Solution for BI forms to automatically Print/Fax/email the customer/vendor facing documents based on address book records and organization setups.

Data based on Product Variants Item Master setup by Template and 10 segments, created Cost extract and upload programs using Frozen cost component roll up as well as Cost upload z processes.

Created Custom Sales Order Entry App in 8.11 using Power Forms with multiple sub form grids with unique features like Item search and selection by Item template and segments, shopping cart features through multiple sub-form tabs, visual assist sub form drop downs on the same form. Roles & Responsibilities:

Development for E1 8.9 custom applications for Windows Mobile Hand-held bar code scanner devices for Work Order Inventory Issues, inventory Adjustments, Issues, Transfers, Ship Confirmations, Work Order Completions and PO Receipts. The Applications utilize the E1 Web Client screens to read scanned data and call E1 Master Business functions perform Transactions.

Retrofit for E1 enhancements, Reports in General Accounting, A/R and A/P in multi-currency environment. Analyzed detailed net change of functionality in ERP 8.0 to leverage functionalities in the E1 ERP 8.0 release to improve business processes, eliminate some development customizations, optimize efficiencies and technology infrastructure.

Designed E1 programs to fix the data corruptions and reconcile PO Receipts, Vouchers and G/L transactions. Created custom Lot Track and Trace reports for FDA audits and recalls.
