American Racing Mercadotecnia, S.A. de C.V. - Tijuana, BC January 2004 – January 2006

Reduced $200K annual cost by successfully coordinating the transition of external hazardous waste disposal services to the In-house Waste Water Treatment Plant. Obtained $100K savings by rationalizing and centralizing purchases from key suppliers (17 to 4) and reduced lead time from 5 days to 1 or same day delivery, this represented savings on logistic fees, costs and inventory management.
